I specialize in the management of sensory processing sensitivity (Highly Sensitive Person trait), chronic illness and grief & loss as well as Sports Psychology/Mental Training for Youth Athletes and Consultation Services for Highly Sensitive Children.
My approach with all of my clients is supportive and empathetic. I listen first, and then together, we will identify solutions to fit your situation and we will create a plan for you to thrive.
I employ evidence-based practices in my work including cognitive, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, cognitive processing therapy and mindfulness techniques. Mindfulness is a transformative tool that can be utilized easily for lasting change. Elements of mindfulness are infused throughout most of my work as it is such a powerful healing technique.
